About PowerCoaching

What is coaching?

Professional coaching, like athletic coaching, is a partnership which motivates you to extend yourself beyond the usual and tried so you reach your goals and dreams more quickly. It provides guidance, ideas, a sounding board and challenges as well as insights into what is really keeping you from "going the distance" and ways around the roadblocks. It taps into what makes you unique while creating a structure so you achieve your goals. In short, it’ll teach you the secrets of a leader’s success specifically for your situation. And it works.

What is your style of coaching?

There is nothing you can do to keep me from believing in you. I’m in your corner to help you create more success in your life. I’ll kick you in the butt when you need it, celebrate your successes and help you get to where you want to go faster than you could on your own. Your success is my #1 focus.

How is coaching done?

PowerCoaching--whether for business or career or personal issues--typically occurs by phone in regularly scheduled appointments (3 or 4 per month). No traffic, no parking, no hassle! And this is why I’ve had clients all over the United States and Canada. Very efficient.

Why choose coaching?

Unlike other one-shot opportunities for growth, such as seminars or motivational talks, I provide on-going weekly, customized, real-time "training" so you can learn what you need when you need it. That is why coaching is so much more effective than traditional training. You get weekly follow-up and support as well as my laser-like abilities to quickly focus on your agenda. Coaching works. How much does it cost?

The price of coaching is an investment in your future. So many individuals would not continue to pay the money if it didn’t work. But it does, often far beyond their expectations. The question isn’t how much does it cost, but how much are you and your future worth to you?

You can invest $99 for an "As You Need It" 20 minute CoachOnCall session or as much as the Premiere package which includes 45 minute weekly sessions, an unlimited number of CoachOnCall sessions, choice of coaching assessments and coaching guidebook for $499. These costs are often paid by our individual clients. Some, however, ask their companies to cover the costs as a part of their training for the year. No matter who pays, the individual is our client. This ensures the level of confidentiality which is crucial to success and progress is evident in the changed behaviors.

What coaching options do you offer?

We offer three options to meet the varying needs of our clientele.
Coach On Call
is a laser 20 minute coaching session for when you need it most. You receive a quick registration questionnaire to maximize your session when you reserve time with a coach.

Professional Coaching
is growth-based coaching consisting of 30 minute sessions three times per month. It includes an unlimited number of 10 minute Coach on Call sessions each month, plus choice of coaching assessments and a personalized coaching program binder. Plus you get all PathwaysCenter services included.

Premiere Program
is intensive change-based coaching consisting of 45 minute sessions three times per month. It includes a comprehensive intake package, an unlimited number of 10 minute Coach on Call sessions each month, choice of coaching assessments and a personalized coaching program binder. Plus you get all PathwaysCenter services included.

Customized Program
build the program you need for yourself or for your company. If it is for your company, you might need to include progress reports. If it is for you, you might want 2 sessions per month versus three. Call us about the customized program options.

Just call to have a chat with Marjorie. You’ll tell me a little about yourself and I’ll tell you a little about me and what we do. This way you get a feel for me and my company. If it clicks, we decide on the best format for your coaching.
